A white-label AEO and GEO provider should deliver four things for each of your client accounts every month: a tracked list of buying questions, dated results from each answer engine, source-traced fixes, and an unbranded report your agency sends under its own name. If a provider can’t show all four, you are reselling activity, not a measurable service.
AEO (answer engine optimization) and GEO (generative engine optimization) cover how a business appears in AI answers from ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. For an agency, the question is whether the work can be checked before it reaches your client.
What do white-label AEO and GEO cover?
White-label AEO and GEO cover the work that decides whether AI answers name your client and state their facts correctly. That includes structured data, clear answer-first pages, consistent business facts across directories and profiles, and monthly testing of the questions buyers ask.
At AvantScale, white-label retainers cover SEO, AEO, GEO and local SEO together for each client account, because the same pages and facts feed Google results and AI answers. The white-label section of the Pricing page lists what each partner tier includes.
The same work applies to your own agency. In AvantScale’s October 2026 test of white-label questions, Google AI Overviews cited provider websites and “best white-label agency” roundups, while one Gemini answer named no provider at all. Check whether a roundup is written by one of the providers it ranks before treating it as independent.
What should a monthly deliverable contain?
A monthly deliverable should show what was tested, what changed and what was fixed, with dates. At minimum, each client account’s report should contain:
- Tracked questions: the agreed buying questions, unchanged month to month unless you approve a change.
- Engine results: for each question and engine, whether the client was named, who was named instead, and which sources were cited.
- Discrepancies: any wrong fact an engine stated, with its likely source and a severity level.
- Work completed: the articles, page updates and technical fixes delivered against the account’s monthly allowance.
- Evidence: dated screenshots behind every result.
Ask for the raw log, not only a summary. A summary without a log can’t be checked.
How is content reviewed before it reaches your client?
Content should pass a named human review before it reaches your client. The reviewer checks every factual claim against an approved source, removes any promise of rankings, traffic or AI citations, confirms the spelling matches the client’s market, and records their name and date.
At AvantScale, every output gets human sign-off before delivery. You keep final client approval: nothing is published on your client’s site until your agency approves it. That order matters because your agency carries the client relationship and its reputation.

See where your business shows up in AI answers
We run ten of your buying questions through ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews and show you where you stand. A person replies within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. You keep the audit either way.
Which questions should you ask before reselling?
Ask questions that test the method, not the sales pitch:
- How are buying questions chosen, and who approves the list?
- Which engines are tested, signed in or out, and from which location?
- What does one monthly output cover, and how are articles of different lengths counted?
- Who fixes a wrong fact, on which source, and how is it logged?
- Does any contract or page promise rankings, traffic or AI citations?
The last answer should be no. No provider controls what ChatGPT, Gemini or Google cites. When AvantScale tested white-label questions in October 2026, ChatGPT’s answers included tables of competitor wholesale prices and suggested resale ranges. Treat those as marketing claims, and ask any provider to show its method behind them.
How do wholesale rates work?
Wholesale rates are charged per client account, per month. Your agency handles sales, primary account management and final client approval. The provider delivers under your brand and stays invisible to your client.
Each AvantScale partner tier sets an allowance per client account: tracked questions, answer engines and monthly outputs. One output covers up to 1,000 words; technical or medical articles use more. Current wholesale rates are on the Pricing page. Your resale price is your agency’s decision.
Wholesale retainers cover the work listed for each tier. Services such as paid ads, social media management, website builds and brand design are priced separately, so ask any provider which services sit outside the retainer before you quote a client.
White-label AEO and GEO: FAQ
Is the report unbranded?
Yes. A white-label report goes out under your agency’s brand, with no mention of the provider. At AvantScale, the White-Label Starter tier includes an unbranded monthly report, and the White-Label Professional tier adds an unbranded dashboard with documented recommendations.
Who talks to the end client?
Your agency does. In a white-label arrangement you keep the client relationship, handle account management and give final approval. The provider works behind you and does not contact your client.
How are allowances counted per account?
Each client account has its own allowance, set by its tier: a number of tracked questions, answer engines and monthly outputs. Allowances are counted per account, not shared across your client list. The services page describes the work each output can cover.
