Add a row per answer. Pick from the dropdowns and note the sources it cited.

For wrong facts, fix the page or listing it drew from, then set a re-check date.

Check the Summary tab to see which engines name you and what’s still open.

    Common questions

    Do I need Excel?

    No. The file opens in Excel, Google Sheets (File › Import) and Apple Numbers. The dropdowns and summary work in all three.

    Why track AI answers monthly?

    AI answers change. A dated monthly record shows whether fixes to your pages and listings are being picked up, and catches wrong facts early.

    Does being named once mean I’ll be named again?

    No. Answers differ by day, account and location, and AI engines decide independently what they show. Treat each row as a dated snapshot.

    Is the sheet free?

    Yes. Download it, copy it, use it for your own business or your clients.
