Will you go around us and pitch our clients directly?
No. Our partnership agreement includes a direct no-contact commitment, we don’t reach out to your clients, and we don’t use your account list for anything outside the work you assign us.
Will our clients know it’s outsourced?
Not unless you want them to. Deliverables carry your branding by default. If we join a call at your request, we introduce ourselves the way you tell us to.
How do we know the work is actually happening?
Every correction is logged with what changed, why, and who signed off; the same source-traced method behind the Citation Guarantee above, visible to you on request, not just summarised in a monthly PDF.
What about time zone and communication?
We’re based in Quezon City, Philippines (UTC+8, no daylight saving). Calls can be booked Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 19:00 AEST (13:00 to 20:00 during daylight saving in Sydney and Melbourne); Brisbane stays on AEST all year, and Perth shares our time. You get a named account lead, not a shared inbox.
We’ve heard offshore fulfilment can mean generic, template-driven work; how is this different?
